O my new 4x4

there are a TON of posts and links comparing the king quad 750 to the brute force 750 and ive already got the basics down....BF has more torque, KQ a little more steady etc etc. My questions i different. Im gonna buy one of these two bikes but first let me tell u why i need help. I used to ride a 450 foreman had plenty of power for me (although i never went bigger on tires for fear of losing it) and it was plenty fast ( i trail ride with the occation mud hole), never hill climb (im a big guy 6'3 and 350lbs and am scared of beign off balance). Ill use the new bike to hunt, trail ride, play in a little mud (not the deep stuff on tv), do a little yard work, and play in the snow. With this said a few things are real important to me. first is reliability, second is stability, third is price. besides these im sure both are capable of pulling me around(my old 450 did and i was over 400lbs then), both could handle tires that are one possibly two sizes larger, and both are plenty fast. So what do you all think is more up my ally? The king quad or the brute force

I went with the BF 750 i do a lot of yard work mowing, plowing, hauling a trailer around my property for firewood, trail, and this spring will be putting in a food plot with it. It hasnt given me a lick of trouble and def has plenty O'power.
I would suggest going to the dealer and seeing which one feels more comfortable to you and if that doesnt help you decide... see which one you get a bette deal on.
Both are good machines and are more than capable of doing what you would like them to do.
Good luck n let us know which one ya get

i keep reading about broken frames on the KQ andthat scares the hell out of me. But with the BF i hear you need all that extra power to haul tools with you becasue you spend more time wrenching than working! To be honest if the rincon came with a diff lock i would already own a honda!

I have a 1000 miles on my 08 brute already have never had one problem what so ever, and my brother in law has 580 on his rincon, went riding last weekend and he lost his reverse just trying to back out of a mud hole.
now im not saying hondas are bad and kawis are good, things just happen to them all, I personally would pick a Brute, KQ, Polaris,AC over a rincon, no differential lock, no low range, and huge lack of power for the size of the engine is to much to give up for the "reliablity reputation" that honda has.

I have had 2 Kawasakis, the Bayou and now my Brute. they both have had to have very little maintenance in years of rough trail riding. the Brute is a Brute! I don't think you would be sorry to own a Brute Force! best of luck to ya

I like the KQ method of locking the front diff. better than the BF, looks of the BF better than the KQ, and I think that reliability will be about the same with any of the major makers right now. For stability you can't beat a 2-up machine. The extra length is great when going up and down hills. Just a thought, since you put a lot of importance on stability. I looked at the BF when I bought the Pol. Sportsman X2. My wife didn't want to drive one herself so I got the 2 seater. It's been great. I have over 1200 miles now and it's been extremely reliable. I neither beat or baby it.
