Head Bolt Torgue and Piston Clearance for Bayou 220
Hi. Could someone tell me what the Head Bolt Torgue is for a 95 Kawasaki Bayou 220? Also, does anyone know what the clearance should be between the piston and the cylinder wall?

This is an old thread and i just joined this site, sorry for the late reply. I have a 1995 Klf 400 4x4,
and tourque specs for the cylinder base bolts is 104 Inch pounds of tourque. Not sure about the,
clearance. Hope this helps happy riding
