There should be a guy on the forums ,Nyroc, I think he goes by, he's a real expert on all the plus and minuses of owning a Kawi, also, I believe he runs a web site devoted to tips and tricks for the Brute and other Kawi twin cyl. utilities.

I have an 06 650i and love it.

For power and ride, she's great.

And for mod's, you can spend some real $$ tricking her out.

Mine has only broke down twice (that I didn't cause). Once for a belt issue (purchased used and was not set up properly) and a common wiring short. Since then, no problems at all but all the trouble I get in trying to do stuff I shouldn't.

Honestly not as reliable as a Honda, but I'll take the power and ride over them any day.
