Jetting question

Jetting question
This is for my 08 650I
I just installed a full HMF utility exhaust system (not just a slip on) and will be installing a Dynatek CDI box. I live in eastern IL along I74 and mainly ride at the Badlands Offroad park in Attica IN. I do not know the elevation there. With the 2 mods where should I have the dealer start with jetting/carb settings.
I asked on kawieriders but have not gotten a response.

i have a setup similar to yours on my 650 except i have a muzzy exhaust. just do it yourself. its not hard and going to the dealer is a nightmare. keep posting on kawie they will answer eventually. a couple guys on there do build racing kawie v twins so they know what they are talking about. buy a bag of small brass washers and some jets 158-165. they stock jets are 155. i used 162 mains and shimmed the needles with 4 .020 brass washers. air screws out 2.5 turns. keep the stock pilot jets for your setup. don't buy the dynojet kit its not worth the money. also go to brute central. they can help alot too and you can find pictures there. check the jetting faq. also check nyroc's faq on prairie jetting. its very informative. remember you own a 750i with a 650 prairie motor, otherwise you will get corrected often. it looks confusing but it isnt that hard once you get all the damn plastic out of the way. just be careful with the carb boots they arent cheap.
i had some 02 bungs welded onto my pipes and used a af monitor, should be 14.5 at wot. thas where the jetting is most important. wot.
you will be amazed how much more power it puts out once its jetted correctly. i have a ported and polished race ready blaster with a 240 big bore stroker motor on cam-2 and my brute kicks it *** all over the place in a drag!
