Default Help!

Hi all, I have an '01 Kawi Bayou, KLF 300. I am having problems keeping it running, when I do get it running. It seems as though every time I get it running, it won't idle. Then if it runs for any length of time (with me holding the throttle open a bit, continuously) the spark plug gets fouled. The machine will not start until I put a new plug in, and the process repeats itself. The air filter is clean. The idle adjustor seems to be jammed as well, it won't turn either way. Any suggestions? Thanks!

when it runs I can ride it, but I have to keep the revs up, or it will stall. it won't idle on it's own. an after it runs for a while, I have to change the spark plug, and then it fires right up. I'll try cleaning the carb. thanks.
