what do you think about using mobil 1 in the praire 360 4x4?
would it extend the life of the engine?

Mobil 1 is good oil no doubt about. They have been many studies that show syn oil does not extend engine life under normal driveing/riding conditions.

If you use a good oil and change it by the book your engine will out-last the rest of the machine.

BTW, the best thing you can do for the longevity of any engine is air cleaner services. Don't worry about oil so much.
