2008 brute force heating rear end

Default 2008 brute force heating rear end
got a guy with a 2008 750 brute force and after a long run the rear end was so hot you could hardly touch it eny 1 here of this problem befor ? or eny ideas

The parking brake was on or he rides with his foot on the rear break.

I have also seen the rear brake cable frozen or rusted so when you release the parking break it still has some pressure applied.
