I know this maybe a dumb question but has anybody put factory tires on a aftermarket wheels? I have a set of 27" 589's on ITP wheels and I love the look of it but it throws mud everywhere. Plus I ride alot of highway and gravel roads when hunting season is not in so it is wearing out my tires fast. I Would like to put the factory tires on the ITP wheels so I could run the ITP wheels year around since I like the look wheels much better than factory. Then put the 589's on the stock wheels and only run those during duck season when I need the aggressive tire and would cut down on mud slinging with the factory wheels tucked under the fenders, plus save the life of the tires. However afraid the stock tires would look stupid on the ITP wheels.... any suggestions or experiences?????

 

What is the question? Whether or not the tires would "look cool" ? As long as they are the right size for the rim, you can run any tires. They might not look as "cool" as big giant lugged off-road tires but they will work. And the rims will still look the same, they will still look better than stock rims.

 

Does anybody have any pics of a factory style tire on aftermarket wheels???
