Hey guys, Just put my carb on after a good cleaning. Now when I punch it ,..it bogs down then takes off like hell. Starts great, idles fine and if you feather the gas she runs just fine...as a matter of fact it really seems better in every way other than that. I wonder if I should look at the main jet again...every passage was clean That I saw.. She is NOT lacking in power....goes right to the limiter..lol.

 

Anyone have any suggestions?

 

Not familiar with the mojave, but does it have an idle mixture screw? Sounds like it might be running rich at idle. Then when you pound the throttle, it takes a second to clear out before the mixture gets right. Again, not familiar with the mojave setup, but how is the timing of the butterfly opening with the throttle? Is there a delay?
