Default 2008 750i brute force HMF optimizer, or Dynatek CDI??? Help.

Hey,

Im looking to upgrade my 2008 brute with either a HMF optimizer and pipe, or the Dynatek CDI( non programmable) and HMF Pipe.

Has anyone tested both brands? which is better?

I'm probably not the one you would want to hear from. I have an 05' carbed 750 Brute which is all stock except for a Dynatec CDI. I love it. On mine it gives instant belt engagement, bypasses the reverse rev limiter, cancels out the belt light and advances the timing slightly. Plus gives me an xtra 2-4 mph top end. Actually feels like more power across the entire power band. Stock mine would raise front about 6" or so in HI range from a dead stop on hard pavement. With the Dynatec it stands straight up and dumps you off. may be a little different with EFI like yours, this is my expierence with a carb 750.
