kfx 400 how to tighten chain?

Default kfx 400 how to tighten chain?

Just bought a used 2003 and have no idea how to tighten up the chain .No book came with it but do have the tool kit and one of the wrenches looks like .It should go aound a axle nut or something.

Loosen 4 bolts on the top of the rear axle housing.
Adjust 2 bolts on the rear axle hosuing for proper chain tension.
Tighten 4 bolts on the top of the rear axle housing.

Get a genuine service manual and do it right.

true but make sure you tighten those two bolts even if not it will be slightly crooked its the same setup as '92 zuki LT250r and the zillas
