Default 220 bayou help

I ma new here so hello to all. I have a 2000 220 Bayou and have a couple problems that I need advice on.

1. hose on bottom of float bowl leaks? Is this an easy fix?

2. A hose that is tucked up behind the gas tank, straight above the trans. on left side is leaking oil. What is causing this? I have not tracked this hose to find where it is coming from yet.

Help anyone
Thanks

the hose by the gas tank is probably a vent hose. either the crankcase vent (oil) or carburetor vent (fuel). if the hose on the bottom of the carb is leaking its because the carb is overfull from either the petcock being left on or the float valve leaking from failure or debri. check the crankcase oil level and make sure the oil is not contaminated with fuel.
