Default Updated Kawasaki Models

I recently bought my first ATV. A kawasaki Bayou 220. It fits my needs well (except the awful brakes).

Kawasaki has been making the bayou chassis since 89, and their Prarie for a while too.

How much longer can kawasaki stay competitive with such a dated product line?

I understand that the professionals at kawasaki analysis this, but I am curious for opinions.

The flagships have been updated pretty much right along. The 220 Bayou and smaller Prairie are budget machines and as long as they sell consistently may not see much in updates. Kaw seems to be competitive in the flagship stuff, and they are still selling the smaller quads in decent numbers it seems.
