Hey guys...so awhile back I picked up a clean 2008 Polaris outlaw 525 irs. I got a decent deal on it. Got a guy now wanting to give me about 300 more than I paid. I'm lookin at a 2006 kfx 400 which is 300 less than I paid for the outlaw. That's a $600 swing. Pretty much pays for my trailer!! I know this is the kawasaki section.... But what are your thoughts??

 

The KFX 400 is actually a Suzuki disguised as a Kawi when they had a product exchange program in early 2000s. It's a fairly reliable machine except water pump rotor corrosion if you are not using the right type coolant.

 

I would stay with the 525 unless you hate the handling or something. true, it may be a $600.00 swing, but you will never get 525 power out of that Kawie...
