Default First impression of my new Brute

So I have an '11 brute 750 that I just got. Took it to Pisgah state forest in NH today. First off I have always been on 2 wheels except for my last quad which was a TRX450. The brute was very comfortable and powerful. The independent rear is awesome on the rocky trails. I am also a hard core manual shift guy as well, but the cvt transmission is a nice change. Navigating rocky terrain on a TRX with manual shifting is a bear. So I have also heard that folks complain about the heat on the left side making their leg feel like it was on fire, yes I can attest at it is true. That heat is almost too much, might have to wrap up a few hot dogs and put them over there for lunch on the trails

I think the high lifter thriple core radiator would be a nice mod.

Either way I had a great day and can't wait to take the brute out again.

Would wearing a pair of MX boots help aginst the heat problem on the legs?
