Back in '87 3 & 4 Wheel Action did a drag racing article with the Tecate 4, Quadracer 250/500, etc. They brought a Mojave along for comparison and it did 57.8 mph on an asphalt dragstrip.

For handling the Mojave is just as good as anything else. My Mojave turns tighter than my old 250X. Weight on the Mojave is noticable to the 250X but the new 300EX only weighs 2 lbs less so it really isn't an issue. I believe Powroll and FST offer big bore kits for the Mojave. In the recent ads for Golden West cycle they offer stage 1,2,3 kits for increasing power.

I think FST is the only buisness left on the planet that doesn't have a web site.

Powroll is at www.powroll.com. I don't know anything about them, they've been around quite a while and at least you can get some prices off their site.
