Default Raptor 350 Engine Noise

How it going everyone, im looking for some help with my friends 06 raptor 350. It started ticking after doing an oil change, i did the valve adjustment and the ticking is still there, i double checked the valve clearances and it was with in specs. Someone mention it might be the timing chain so i was going to try and look into that. I have the service manual for the quad but need the repair manual. I tried buying one from Ridenow Motorsports but they sold me the wrong one and wouldn't return it. Thanks for your help

That motor is the same as a Warrior and one of the first things to go out of them is the bottom end rod brg.

That's the biggest reasons I built Oil Cooler kits that you drill the clutch cover for the fittings. I see a lot of people that have copied my kit but they don't even know why I built it the way I did. This way pumps the 50* cooler oil into the end of the crank to put the coolest oil where it will do the most good, making the engine last a lot longer.
