Yes, these old Keihins are quite good, and valuable. Any Keihin or Mikuni that
fits and has the right linkages to the throttle and the enrichener air valve would
be a good substitute. I especially like the older carbs from the 80s and 90s since
they are less complicated and run a bit richer, stock. It is a bonus when they
have a working primer pump.
I have done several new Chinese carb substitutions on various machines, and they
are not nearly as good as these 2 OEM Japanese carb brands.
