Ok rebuilt the carb replaced the air filter new spark plug. Still runs alittle rough, according to the book theres no air adjustment just fuel . Is this correct I've looked it up and can't seem to find one. Still got to figure out why it spits and sputters though

there's an air screw....

 

I know theres a screw inside but what about adjusting it from the outside

 

You should be able to get to both screws from the outside. One on the side and the other is kinda under the carb. Should be adjusted from 1 1/2 to 3 turns out
