I have a 99 prairie 300. Does anyone know if I can put a diff lock in the front like the newer ones have?. Either with the grab handle or button/switch.
If so where to find them.

 

The lever controlled diff lock has a set of clutches ( and other parts ) installed. Yours doesn't.

Wasn't being rude. I know what I have lol. I am simply wondering if an after market locker is available as I can't locate one. Or can I retrofit a 2000 or newer.

 

Cant say about the retro fit....google is your friend tho...sometimes . I was looking at it from a "new install" point of view. Again, front diff interchangeability.....that may take some serious homework and a seriously sharp Kawie tech but, you might find some answers. Too difficult, guess thats why noone has responded.....
