I have a 250 Mojave I think my fuel float is bad fuel is coming out of air vent up top of the car above the fuel Inlet and out of the Overflow could that be caused by Ace bad float or sticking valve for the float and do they sell electric start kits for those because that Kickstart is crazy and all the gears of my car busted common

 

Took the bottom of the car apart to look at the float float has tin foil wrapped around a long plastic piece that's on top of the float that I don't know why but I'm sure that has something to do with it
