I am currently rebuilding a Prairie 300 motor. The cylinder and head are exactly the same as the bayou. The prairie though has different part numbers for the cam and valves. I know the lakota has a different cam (more sporty) but the prairie doesn't match that one either. I'm not sure if anyone knows more. I'm just curious. Perhaps the cam is different to adjust the torque curve as it is an automatic vs. the bayou.
