89 300 bayou no working.

Default 89 300 bayou no working.

Alright lads i got a 89 bayou 300 4x4 it wont run it has fire and i belive its getting gas but someone said they think its timeing is off but to me it feels like it has no compression it pulls over way to easy but dosent even feel or sound like its building preasure at all so if someone can give me any ideas what to look for or try please let me know.

Default 300 bayou

Hey just couple days ago i got the bike running good afjusted valves an set the timeimg but noticed the chocke cable plastick peice the screws into the carb was all messed up someone stripe the thread but i slowly put it in its good for now an all that beeing said. Ran into another problem now its starting it wont move ill put it into gear itll jump sometimes itll move very very slowly thats it but sometimes wont move at all with the back of the bike jacked up there tires turn in reverse 1st an 2nd gear then others wont and its makeing kind of a wineing sound from the right side of the bike.

Could be a problem in the centrifugal shoe type clutch or the other clutch/plates. Maybe a simple adjustment may help. Best to have the manual on this one. https://www.tradebit.com/filedetail....pair-1986-2006
