Hey there peeps..... well its finally happened, after 1.5 years of abuse my bayou has let me down .... heres the situation. well 2 days ago, it was pouring down rain, i was just coming from the store to get some munchies, and i shut the bayou off so my friend could have a smoke. it was working perfect, but when i went to start it back up, not a gig, it wouldnt turn over, so i put a new plug in, still nothin, so i had a 1983 suzuki 185 (pos) try to pull me, after he got going, which took 5 tries cause it kept cutting out, he pulled me and my bayou to his garage and we left it there till the next morn... when i arrived the next morn, my buddy had already fixed it for me, there was a wire off the coil, sure enough it worked, for about 500 feet, when it started to sputter and died! and it just didnt want to start, we checked everything!.... give me your insight!... help! now all my buddies are razing me up cause i should have bought a honda or yamie, mean while, his yamie is broke down cause the rad cracked, and ran it dry of oil, and the honda had ES problems..... oh well..... we have someone looking at it for us now, but what do u guys think? Thanks...

My philosophy has always been to check the stupid $hit 1st. Did you make sure the fuel is on? He may have turned it off while he was working on it and forgot to turn it back on. Is it turning over now?
