I just noticed the decompressor arm is flopping around on my brother's 2004 KLF250 when it's running. The spring looks fine. I was going to ziptie the arm in it's "down" position, but if I pull the arm down to where the spring should be holding it, it rattles worse. The only place it doesn't rattle is when I hold the arm at roughly it's halfway point. Any more or any less and it wants to rattle. Any ideas? It starts right up and runs fine.
