i paid 95 bucks for a mechanical fuel pump for an ody. it only has one moving part in it and it is made of plastic. dealers will screw you any which way they can. only get parts from them as a last resort.

Bigbad400:

Try looking in the back of the dirt wheels mags or other atv mags for the kawasaki parts warehouses. I ordered a ball joint for my lakota through one of them. ( I can't remember which one) I only paid $47.00 for it. I had to do a little dickering to get them to that price, I think they initially wanted $55 0r $60. Go to buykawasaki.com and look up the part on their diagrams and give the part number to the place to make sure you get the right part.

I didn't even use the one I bought. There was a lot of play in the ball joint so I just called and ordered it without taking it apart. Well when I went to change it I discovered the bolt that holds it to the spindle was worn not the ball joint. So If you haven't taken it apart to inspect it do so before you buy a ball joint. It could just be the bolt.
