Can any one tell me where I can buy some new front brakes for my Prairie 650? they are all most wore out and I would like to get some new ones before they do any damage to the discs. I have call several dealer ships around me and all of them say the same thing we don't have a part number for them yet so we don't know. if anyone could tell me where I could order some and how much I would appreciate it.

go to www.buykawasaki.com
get the part #
The dealer can order it if you give them the part #.
How many miles do you have on your 650?

It wouldn't surprise me that the front calipers are the same as on another kawi dirt bike or motorcycle. A little cross referencing of the part numbers between bikes on www.buykawasaki.com and maybe we can find out if a different bike uses the same pads and aftermarkets may be available.

Well, the front brakes from kaw will cost $90 from the dealer and that's putting them on your self! That's a lot of money for just front brakes I think. I cant seem to find any after market ones like ebc or and other brand its hard to find any thing for this quad. Is anyone else having trouble finding any parts for your 650?

There are places that will reline your old pads. There may even be kits to DIY. I would try the yellow pages for someone near you.

That could be a good business to get into. Relining pad for motorcycles and atvs and selling them as remanufactured.
