98lakota has a manual clutch, I asked about it he said it was in the bike when he bought it.
Mickey dunlap would be my first to ask: wwwfourstroketech.com
Go ahead and e-mail him see if he offers one. I'll be honest a lot of poeple would like to know but I think we're all in the modding stage still.
Well if you like the bike keep it.
I originally bought mine for the kids butt it's daddies now

As far as the racks and lts on th 00 model I don't know I have a 01 and they don't have racks.
Alot of these guys did it though and I'm sure they can help

GMtech-you can install a light from the mojhove pretty easy. Call a few of the salvage yards to get the head light bucket. Last time i checked the price was around 50.00 dollars.

Gaff- i don't know which bars would work, probably 400ex bars. A lot of raptors owners use bars for the 400ex.

Stebob-Going out to play in the sand this weekend. Banshee boy,Raptor rrc, raptorcrc, and 3 or 4 more headed to kermit.

gmtech,
The clutch adj. is by your right ankle, take the rear side cover off.
You will see a slotted screw with a lock nut. Loosen lock nut and screw the slotted screw in untill it stops. then screw it out "only untill you feel a little pres" then tighten the lock nut.
This is how the 01's are done and it took me five times to get it rite.
The trick is to stop screwing out just when you feel a little pres.

I went to the dealer the next day and looked at some bars, after seeing the I believe one million different types I ment to get back with you.
I'm going to look into the 400 brs.
I sat on the raptor and seen what you ment, I looked at the mojaves and although thier different I think they would be the same or lower.
thanks for the help.
If you hier from stebob tell him to let us know how his bike is coming!

I asked Mickey Dunlap about the manual conversion when I talked to him once and he said that they did one of them, but it was quite a bit of work and he didn't think he would be doing another.

I have some pictures of the clutch cover on mine and when I tear it down again(next 2 weeks), I will take some pictures of the inside. As far an I know, there is no "kit" to do this, just alot of custom work.
