I do not think that the K&N covers are water resistant. I only know for sure that Outerwear makes a water resistant cover. I order mine directly from Outerwears over the phone. That way I know i am getting what I want. Remember that they are not waterproof. If you submerge the filter under water you will pay the price, But the outerwear does a good job protecting from splashed on water.
