I just broke my swingarm on my 01' mojave. I was wondering if it's best to go with a afermarket swingarm and if anyone knows of who makes them. the stock mojave is 170$ and I was wondering if a lokota sport swingarm would fit easily, because it is a little bit longer. well any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated thanx

Just curious, how did you break it and where did it break?

sorry about that, I broke it hitting jumps and landing with the rear end out to the side I do that everytime I go down this one trail, I go wide open in 5th and theres a root and i get about a foot of air off of it and it kickes me sideways. it sucks, but thats what happens when u ride rough.

Did it break up near the swing arm bolt or down by the axle housing? Sounds like you were fortunate not to get hurt.

it actually broke twords the axle but in the middle more, it didn't just crack it actually snapped all the way through the swingarm on one side. I am verry lucky I didn't get hurt. going 55 mph through woods aver roots and jumps just is a scary thing to be doing, And I do it.
