question about mojave suspension

Is it true a stock honda 250r rear shock fits on the mojave without any mods? IS a stock 250r shock better than a factory mojave shock?? Thanks alot everyone.

I thought I remembered reading that Lurch's machine had a 250R rear shock but he also has an aftermarket swingarm. Works Performance makes aftermarket shocks for the Mojo as does Custom Axis. Both are very expensive.

Wassup people!!!!! I have a PEP shock on the rear of mine. It came off of a JP Racing (now Lonestar) No-Link frame. I also have a custom swingarm. I get around 12" of travel and it is awsome!!!

So will a 250r rear shoch fit on a mojave?

I've heard if you grind off some on the swingarm it will, but the stock swingarm is so weak, I wouldn't grind anything off.
