Would it be possible to swap a cdi box from a 1986 Bayou 300 to the 1988 box,the trigger and ignition coil resistance readings are the same according to service manual,the reason i ask is a box from Kawasaki for a 1986 is $500 but i can get a aftermarket box for a 1988 and newer for $120.00
