Does anyone know if the spacers for the needle go underneath the c-clip(towards the point in the needle) or above the clip which would place them under the white plastic piece. I'm not sure cuz when I ordered the kit I followed my instructions which said to place them under the clip and my friends mojave instructions show them above the clip. I don't know what difference it would make with them above but they said for me to use three and three is equal to or a little more than just moving the clip position. Thanks for any help.

They go above it to give a more positive push from the spring.
If you look without them thiers a little play between the white plastic piece and the needle.
