I couldn't help but notice in the April Dirtwheels there's an advertisement for an IMS fuel tank for the following ATV's-Honda 400EX, TRX250R, Yamaha Banshee, Warrior, Raptor, Blaster, DS 650, the new Suzuki Z400, and a Kawasaki F400.........Is this a new quad, or a name for an old Tecate or Mojave? I never new Kawi had a 400, but then again I never paid much attention.......

I noticed the same thing. It can't be the Mojave or Tecate, they are 250's. Maybe it's the Prairie 400. Or an April Fools Joke.

I couldn't believe it, I was going to post a thread about this. It has to be a rebadged Z400. Things are starting to look better. I await any new sport quad.

I guess I live in the sticks, or I need to get a subscription to Dirt Wheels mag because I just found the March 2002 issue let alone looking for the April issue.

I noticed that, too. Well, I hope that this is a Kawasaki-generated design. If it is a homegrown design, I wonder if it is based off the KLX300R. That is a pretty good little thumper, although not awe-inspiring.

Since the Suzuki/Kawasaki Merger I think it will be based off the Z400 Suzuki with different plastic, similar to the Tecate 4 styling I hope.
