I'm an old biker from way back and can't get used to thumb throttles on my jet skis or my 650. Have been searching for a thread I read the other day where someone had been testing aftermarket parts and a twist throttle was a part of it. I want 1 for my 650. Actually I have to have 1 if I have to make it myself. Can someone please pass on info where one can be obtained? Thanks Guys.

hi guys
check with denniskirk online. they have a lot of stuff. i dont know if they have a coversion for that bike yet , but they would be the one to check with. they would proably have it first out of everybody. as far as the price you might be able to compare some of the other bike prices.I've done business with this company a lot and havn't had any problems even just placing orders on line with them, and not actually talking to anyone.as far as their prices they may seem a bit high at first, but if you order over 100 dollars then there is no other shipping or handeling charges.

Check with your local bike / atv shop for a thumb throttle extender......gives the rider more leverage on the thumb throttle.
If you can tough it out for a little while, your thumb will get used to the thumb throttle....

I've seen conversion kits in a couple of Atv magazines for around $40.
Two of the guys I ride with have them and love it. You might check rocky mountain atv.
