Is the mojave faster than the Yamaha blaster?

 

i think it is alittle faster. the majave has a fairly high tech motor so it is pretty fast like 55-60 mph. blasters are still better.

 

From what Dirt Wheels mag(who seem to hate the Mojave) says the Blaster is faster on top end by a few mph.
undead-just wondering what you are basing your opinion on?

 

Blasters are so not better!they have drum brakes,compared to the mojaves disc.The suspition is even worse on the blaster then the mojave.It is not very wide which makes it really unstable.The mojave is a way better bike[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

the blaster has way better suspension than the mojave and other than the brakes it is a way better machine

 

the blaster SUCKS there is no way that it is better!They are slower,not as reliable and never seem to work right!mojaves nevere break down!i have had a blaster and mojave ,and the blaster made me walk home4 times!the mojave has nevere missed a beat[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

the blasters engine was designed in 1978 hows that it is air cooled no reverse have fun replacing the rings every year
and what about the blasters bad oil injectors they fail constantly and blow up engines

as for the mojave the engine may have been designed in 1987 but four strokes are just now up to its standards liquid cooled dohc four valve
these things are found on todays awsome engines like th crf 450 and the yzf 426 only the mo is on a smaller scale as for the mo's suspension it only seems harsh for casual and slow riders such as yourself on large jumps and hi speeds it needs to b ''stiff'' so it will not bottem out very easy the brakes also kill the blasters notoriosly terrible back brakes

 

hey trailblazer you ride a lawn mower wut would you no about suspension and brakes

 

i would know about them because i have a blaster and had a lt 250 and that lawnmower will kill a mojave off the line no matter what you say

 

U bring on that lawn mowere on and we will see who wins.Who ever has the fastest time on my course ,BUT u have to clear my 30footer!!!!!
