I just got some Uni-vents but they look as if they will be a problem and let water into the airbox. I see that the box lid has a seal. Has anyone done anything besides being carefull with water? Any recommendations on where I should put the holes and how many of them? I bought 12 of them. If I have too much airflow would I need to rejet? or Can I just ride it on choke? Does choking give more gas or just less air?

My friend and I were out riding on Saturday and we crossed a pond. I went first as I'd already been through it once. He got stuck in the middle and then got water in his tranny, so I had to drag is broke @$$ griz back to the house Then we had to let it drain for an hour.
