650 Brake Adjustment

Where do I find the bolts to tighten my rear hand and foot brakes? They each have way to much give. Any help would be appreciated.

Right on the rear end it-self there are 2 cables down there with wing nuts one adjust the hand lever the other the foot brake

The foot brake adjuster is the upper wing nut.
