mojaves weight loss
#2
It looks like you have already shaved off a lot of weight-have you taken off the factory nerfs? I had to with my DG's, but I don't know about AC's-those factory things are pretty heavy.
I took off the parking brake cable, brake light and wires to it and with the hood went the headlight and all wires.
Some people on here have taken their antifreeze overflow tanks off. I took off the large bracket that holds it (and also is attached to the mud flaps) and moved the mount from the left side of the engine to the right-you may have to go look at it to understand what I am talking about-probably not explained too well.
This tucked the bottle inside a little more. I used a zip tie thru a hole I drilled in the black plastic holder to hold the bottom.
You can also get a new clutch lever that would elimate the p-brake stuff on the handle bar.
If you feel like tearing your whole bike down you can cut off any useless tabs and get the frame powder coated again-I saw where Lurch has done this on his site. Hope this helped a little.

replacing the handle bars with aluminum
Stock ones are steel
rear skid replace with aluminum and full chassis aluminum

grab bar is steel
replace with ac aluminum
