How to check you belt on the 650
#1
Hi guy's;
I keep reading about some of you complaining about you belt's being out of alignment etc. Just wondering what to look for and how to measure the deflection. Just curious and want to take a look, i haven't had any squealing or anything but i want to make sure everything is ok. Also going to do the air intake mod some of you done using a NAPPA rad hose. I live and ride at sea level and my understanding is that i probably will be running lean at this altitude with the mod. A higher altitude and I would be a little more rich ? I am not concerned with top end speed, as i rarely get that kind of speed going, but more boost on take off is welcomed...especially if it's free. I live in Canada so it's somewhat colder here than in the States, not sure about barometric pressure or the like, but any input would be appreciated. Thank's .
PS; My friends and I all have digital cams and we will be posting pics of our rides very soon... some are very good pics.
