Fourwheeler, Phone the guys at Erlandson Performance and tell them what you want out of your clutch. Their phone number is 218-829-6036. From what I hear, these guys are clutch gurus. I'm sure they can help you out.
You will need a drive pulley puller bolt for sure. Also, you will need a drive and driven pulley holder to compress your clutch so that you can take it apart. The rest of the tools you will need are basic, socket set, snapring pliers, etc. If I were you, I'd get a service manual for your specific quad. If you have one of these, you can tear apart anything. ? I have a pulley puller I bought from EPI. I think it fits all prairies.

Nyroc, that is the same puller I listed in my previous reply. It is the pulley holder that they don't have in their catalog. They have one for Polaris atv's, but there is none listed for the Kawies. I made my own pulley holder, or pulley spring compressor, whatever you want to call it. I can't imagine a guy would get his clutch apart without one of these. I don't know anything about the clutch kit in the Dennis Kirk site. Who makes it?

Mastr, looks like I was cross eyed and did not read your post. I have photos of my homemade pulley holder and pulley compressor. I looked all over Denniskirk's website and can't find their kit. I truly don't like the dennis kirk website.
Dustanko, people tell me the takeoff acceleration is better. The kit raises the rpm at which the clutch engages. This allows gives the engine keep making power at an rpm that it can produce more. On the down side, the engagment is harder, so it wont take off as smooth. This may mean longer belt life, but I don't know. I don't have a spring kit, I just know from what other people say about it.
