I'm wanting to put an exhaust, jet kit, and k&N Filter on my Mojave. My question is which exhaust should I use. On rocky Mountain they have a White Brothers S-Bend, Supertrapp(I think it's only the silencer), big gun(complete), and DG Xccelerator(complete). Are any of these worth getting, is the DG any good, never had one.Thanks[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

Muzzys is starting to make pipes for quads. NO question the race herritage there. Don't know if they offer one for your bike yet, but they are the best pipes made.

I have a Supertrapp Racing series with an FST headpipe. I also used a K&N pod filter.

 

i have a 2001 Mojave. i got the FMF Megamax Exhaust. IT is a real bad boy that exhaut I am also looking to find a Good exhaust. One that is tuneable (full exhaust), so i narrowed it ot Supertrapp IDS2 and Dg Xcellorator. i think im gonna go with the Supertrapp because it looks real good.

The Supertrapp is a complete system. It is the best offered at this time for the Mojave. It is tuneable and works very well, fit is ok but sometimes takes a little tweaking. Rocky Mountain (you mentioned) only caries the Quiet Core and not the Race Core however.

How much of a power difference is there between the race core and the quiet core on the ids2? How good is the over all power increase with the quiet core?

go with the white bros e-series, K&N Jet Kit, and K&N Air Filter from rocky mountain for about $325.00 for the kit. it is a great setup, depending on your altitude, at 0-3000 feet run 134 main jet, and the needle clip on the 3rd clip. this will give a lot of horsepower. there is a big change, i flipped the thing over when i hit the throttle in 3rd gear, that is how much more power you will get!!
