650 tow in adj?

Hey...how do ya adjust the tow-in on the 650? After I got my prairie all put back together from wrecking it (see link below). I realized that my left front tire is tow'd in about 1/4 - 1/2 an inch. Is the adjustment in the steering arm?

If you adjust one tie rod, you will find your handlebars don't point straight anymore. Maybe with that wreck you do need to fix that too?
The tie rod nuts have right hand and left hand threads. Make sure the joints can rotate after it is tight or it will not last long.
You loosen the tie rod nuts on all four tie rods and rotate twist both tie rods the exact amount in the same direction (unless you need to center the handlebars). I forgot how much does what, but I think I would try 1/4 turn to 1/2 turn (you can tell which way to twist the tie rods by looking at the threads.
Here is a picture of how I measured my toe in.
