What do you guys think about wheel spacers for my mojave. I don't have enough money for an axle or a-arms but I would like some more width. Also, I read some past posts about using 250r shocks on a mojave. Why is this seem to be a popular thing to do, and do they bolt right on. Do they give you more wheel travel?

instead of getting wheel spacers get rims with a lil different off set a lil more dow but a much better mod

as for the 250r shoc it will bolt right in in the back but i think you have to grind off two lil spacers or washers mounted on the swingarm 250r shocks are a lil wider the reason this is done is because you can get a good r shoc for 50 bucks and it is completly ajustable rebound and dampning however the front shocks from an r will require new a arms and somone with this kind of experince to set it up

also it is good when you need new shocks you can get any kind of 250r shoc you want

sorry for all the spelling errors and the late response

also some r's had linkage and others didnt so get more advice on this subject about what year shoc to use i think the 88 and 89 will work

thanks for the reply. I ended up flipping my front wheel around intead of the wheel spacers. I am getting married in three weeks and my wife-to-be and I have decided to get each other wedding preasents. So I am hoping to get a dsurablue axle to widen the rear end. I she thinks the axle is too much I am going to get new rear tires. Any suggestions?
