when i stop my 650 and i try to switch from low to high the shifter wont let me go to high so i give it just a little gas and the shifter moves into high. what is the problem and i also have gear clatter noises in low. how do i adjust the shifter or whatever it is to fix it. i really appreciate it

 

You may have to shorten the linkage it runs down beside the right side from the shifter to the tranny. You can access it by opening the air filter plastic lid and look down close to the side you can't miss it. If that's not good enough you may have to take the rest of the plastic off to get at the linkage.
