You can do a simple scuff, tape, and spray with spray cans and then shoot a layer of clear over it to give a bit more durability. I did this with one of my floor boards that got pretty banged up from doing some rock crawling. It took me about 4 different tries to match the color correctly but if you didnt know where I damaged the floor board you would never be able to tell.

I have been tinkering with the idea of doing both the front and rear racks and the bumper with spray on bed liner. We have a few local shops that do a couple different systems and I also have a choice of colors if I choose. The product is repairable and much more durable than the painted surface that is stock. It can be sprayed in a variety of thickness so you wouldnt have to have a heavy thick coating to be durable.

I used some auto water hose split down the middle and tie wrapped it around the bumper tubes. Doesn't look bad and so far is holding up very well.

Peace,

Packbell, sorry I cant help you on the bumper for the Green Praire,I have a red one.

If your asking about the bed liner product there are a number of different companys that offer this stuff. Rhino Liner, PermaTech and you can even get a do it yourself kit at most auto parts stores and I think even Wal-Mart thats called something like Duro-Bond (I think). I've seen the do it yourself kits done in a truck bed and the quality isnt nearly as good as a proffesional job but on something as small as ATV racks and bumbers it may be just fine.
