when i shift from low to high the shifter gets stuck and i have to get it a little gas, then it kicks into high. should i shorten the linkage or lengthen it. and i after i let off the gas it makes a one ping. what should i do?

 

just rock the quad back n forth slightly..itll pop right in

 

I used to adjust the linkage constantly for the first 500 kms and got it right once but the next ride it's out again. just tap the throttle now and it falls back into place. it's alot easier. but that's just me.
