Better, ummmm......depends how you look at it. Are you ready and willing to run a high compression high dollar motor. Or would you want a wicked mojave to wack on a couple big bores in your area.

The megacycle kits are 11.5:1 comp wiesco piston. Valve springs and a cam of your choice. Maybe not even $500. I have all the prices at home, but won't be there untill tomorrow.

My opinion, megacycle kit, black box mod, head ported, clamp on filter and a 35.5 piston carb off the 400EX will be more than you will ever want. powroll.com has a good deal on valve springs in thier garage sale rite now too.

Not trying to sway you away from FST or any of his products. I happen to like them alot and think mickey is a pretty good guy too. Just I see to many poeple desires not outlast the cost or time it takes one of these motors to do. It's expensive and pretty far over kill if not for a racing application.

I would also see it hard to believe the power produced by one of these motors used hardly at all in liesure use.

I have a good motor and it takes everything it has to race it in open class, but it's way to much for riding with the family or just trail riding. I don't drag race. You won't either after you dump a bunch of money in a motor, just to show off.

I would heavilly reccomend the megacycle version, but that FST kit is unbelievable.
