I got my chain cam-chain it I went to start it after getting it all buttened up, it fired up on the secone kick. I got one of my dads buddys that works at a dealer to pull my flywheel off for free. I love it, it always starts great and the fuel consumption it less than my EX. But the only down side is it vibrates BAD! almost unberable. I might not have got my flywheel put on good. It didn't have much top-end power, untill today I got my sprockets/chain and went to a 13t on the front, kept my rear sprocket stock. Any ideas on the vibration? I'm getting worried. Is it normal?

A lot of vibration is not normal. If it is left to continue it will probably destroy itself. Did you time the balancer gear when you reinstalled it. It has to have the marks lined up to be in time or it will shake your teeth out.

Yeah as the manual said, with the dots on the teeth lined up with eachother. Last night I pulled off the flywheel off, and re instaled it hoping it wasn't instaled proper the first time. I fired it up, and it still shook. Then I tightened the heck out of the motor mounts, and that took most of it away, it's still pretty shaky but lots better.

The mohave can run w bigger bikes such as a warrior the key is to geting more airflow into the motor.A KN and jet kit w a good pipe will do this for ya.My bike right now will spit 300 exs out an stock blasters,2 words for ya see ya.LOL.I would rather have a liquid cooled bike then an air cooled engine, air cooled engines are very reliable but as they get hot they lose hp and if ya get em hot enough they will blow up.

This is one place I found the starter. http://www.jlatvproducts.com/catalog/index.htm Its under Online Cat. Electrical Starters. I'm sure there are other places to buy it. I have not seen one yet.

mojave300ex, did you solve the vibration? Just as a suggestion, is the end of the shaft where your waterpump impeller sits straight? I've seen one where the threads had broke off and someone welded replacement threads. The weld wasn't quite straight so the impeller had a slight offset. This caused a major vibration.
