SO Mohave kid how do a like the big gun exhaust? I have a 2002 MO and the KN jet/airfilter and big gun pipe give the bike worlds more mOjo and it sound slike a sportbike.The only thing bad now is I gotta figure why is dies out and wont idle but I love it,if this thing dont kill blasters it will kill warriors and 300 exs.

 

Its really hard to tell !! Cuz i did every thing all at once! Pipe/muffler/powerkit/K&Nfilter/and changed the gearing! adn let me tell ya it made a WORLD of difference!

ahhh hes probably a kid its great to see some1 w some enthuiasm fer the sport.Better them the damn tree huggers slamming us.ANyways stock for stock a blaster makes bout 17-18hp,the Mohave makes 32 at the crank and at the rear wheels dealer told me bout 22-23.I dont know how much a kn/jet kit pipe gives the mohave.Say in the ball park ,big gun on there old sight claimed 6-8 now on ther enew 1 its says increases Hp but no figures hmmmm wunder why and torque goes from the ball park from 16 to somewere to 18- 20+ probablly.I would say the MOhave w these mods bring Hp somewhere up to 29=33 somewhere as no more motor mods have been done to increase volumetric efficiency of the engine.The Blaster w Toomey B1,reeds 240 kit and whole shebang makes almost 40 or slightly more Hp.These are for slightly to all out modded machines.Yes a few years ago 4 stroke tech mickey dunlop stripped a mOhave down to bare minimals and said the 330 kit would smoke a Banshee no problem so if thats true there ya have it all out performance potential goes to the 4 stroke.Winner and game point advantage..... survey sett showww me MOhave![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]1 more thing Hp in small bore machines isnt the only thing that gets these things moving torque is suprise suprise.

 

my 01 mojave/w cobra beat a highly modded 99 blaster in a 3/4 mile race,I did have a 87 mojave and it was slower than the o1 when both stock but supertrap might help

 

hows about you two go race? man up! thats the only way to see who would win. you might have a badass quad, but the rider needs some skills. hell, i take my `97 F250 4X4 powerstroke and spank these little shopping cart looking imports with the coffee can exaust(folgers i believe, or maybe hills bro`s) and a wing that weighs more than the car.(that part is true)
by the way, i just installed a 6-71 GMC blower on my KVF 650. its got wheeliebars and chutes also. the only gripe is when i go into some serious tire shake @ the 1,000 foot mark, it foams the hell outta my beer.

and i really hate it when that happens!
